Why Town and Country Chimneys Are a Mixed Bag
Town and Country has one of the most diverse housing stocks in West County. About half the homes are mid-century ranches and split-levels from the 1950s-1970s — the original suburban development era. The other half are luxury new construction and rebuilds from the 2000s-2020s, often on the same lots where older homes were demolished.
We serve homeowners in: Mason Road corridor, Conway Road estates, Clayton Road area, Topping Road, Bopp Road neighborhoods, Jefferson Road.
This means our work in Town and Country splits between two very different problem sets: aging mid-century chimneys needing tuckpointing, crown repair, and liner replacement, and newer luxury chimneys needing professional maintenance to stay pristine. We bring different tools, materials, and approaches for each — no one-size-fits-all.
