Beautiful 1923 Tudor estate in the DeMun historic neighborhood. Combined service: full tuckpointing of the chimney exterior using period-correct lime mortar, plus stainless steel liner installation in the primary fireplace flue (original clay tiles had cracked through). Coordinated work over 3 days with minimal disruption to the homeowner.
