1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and AIO Pro concerning your access to and use of our website and services. By hiring AIO Pro for chimney, roofing, or air duct services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on our initial visual inspection. If hidden damage is discovered during the course of work (such as severe internal masonry decay or hidden structural issues), we will pause work and present you with a revised estimate for approval before continuing.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full upon completion of the services unless a different payment schedule is explicitly stated in your contract.
• We accept major credit cards, checks, and digital payments.
• Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand by our craftsmanship. Specific warranties (e.g., lifetime warranties on stainless steel liners) apply only to the materials installed and labor provided by AIO Pro, as detailed in your specific invoice or contract. Existing structural issues not touched by our team are not covered.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take extreme care in protecting your property (using drop cloths, HEPA vacuums, etc.), AIO Pro is not liable for pre-existing damage, fragile items left in the immediate workspace, or issues arising from extreme weather or acts of God.
